山寨煤矿大型液压支架快速安装技术

Fast Installation Technology of Large Hydraulic Support in Shanzhai Coal Mine

摘要: 针对液压支架安装期间存在的问题,以山寨煤矿11052工作面为研究对象,通过对液压支架结构,采区地质条件分析、采用方案对比、模拟运输、模拟转向等方法,确定支架解体运输方案,解决了小煤柱施工绞车硐室困难,优化开切眼断面确保支架能够顺利运输并进行转向。实践证明,ZF10000/20/32H型支架解体为三部分,能够满足支架部件在巷道运输|支架顶盖采用专用装车平台进行快速安全运输|开切眼断面设计为宽8m,高3.2m,切眼上部车场设计为长70m,满足支架调向及快速安装。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the large hydraulic support of Shanzhai Coal Mine can not be transported by the main transport roadway section of the mine and the capacity of main hoisting winch. Through analyzing the structure of the hydraulic support, the mine transportation condition and the geological condition of the mining area, Using the method of comparison and simulation, determined the stent disassembly and transport design. Design of the Open - Off cut by Simulation of Steering. Through the optimization of the depth of the small coal pillar winch chamber, the section size of the roadway section of the section and the relevant parameters of the layout method. Research indicates. ZF10000 / 20 / 32H type bracket disassembled into three parts to meet the bracket components in roadway transportation; The top cover of the stent adopts special loading platform for fast and safe transportation;When the width of Open-Off cut is 8 m, the height of Open-Off cut is 3.2 m, and the length of shaft bottom is 70 m,the large hydraulic support can meet the stent and fast scheduling.
